Its too slow for a modern deck , majority of your lads will come in tapped also if you dont get Hivestone you are dead round 3-4.You have no shields meat or otherwise.

3 sorceries in a 60 card deck? What are your chances to actually getting those cards reliably?I would remove the sorceries and beef up instants with more burn to compliment vexing devil and searing spear.Fling might also work with a creature that is blood rushed after combat DMG Is dealt. Double hitter
Lord of Atlantis is not Modern legal. Why not look at Coat of arms?Also playing a dual color deck for a card as mediocre as Path to exile doesnt make sense.Make it mono blue.

Not enough mountains. Look at sample hands drawn and times you sit with 0-1 lands in your hand.
If it was a modern deck leylines of the meek but alas its not :P
