Deck Description

Self mill tempo.

Haven't tried it out yet, I may have some time tonight. Don't know if I should splash a color.
Sideboard is just a memo.

Deck discussion for No rest for the wicked

I personally like the U/G self-mill into aggro with things like Wreath of Geists and Boneyard Wurm.

Those looks nice, but I guess they have most synergy with U/G as you say. The Skaabs in my deck will exile most of my creatures, so the Wurm and Wreath will likely be small most of the time.

A concern with the looters is that the self-mill may be too slow. I guess I will find out after playtesting. I just don't see how I can reliably find the Skaabs with spells like Mulch and Armored Skaab which randomly dumps big chunks of the deck into the graveyard. Delver at least lets me see what I mill as long as it's one card at a time.

Even though the flashback wouldn't be usable, Forbidden Alchemy is a very useful card in these types of decks.

Maybe even consider splashing black for the flashback anyway.

That is a good idea. I like the more controlled way of milling that Alchemy provides, unlike most other effects that mill more than one card at a time. It's easily splashed too.
