Deck discussion for Dragon Deck

Your last deck was a high end cost of about $200 and this one is about $400. I can offer some dragon budget deck advice for modern, but where is your budget? Obviously high end value of these two decks is exaggerated, so with this deck I'll go between mid and high and say $200?
I'll dust off my old MTG brain and give it some thought.

Some cards that might be reasonable in your deck if you happen to get hands on those:
Utvara Hellkite - This really shines in with multiple dragons, as it creates a 6/6 flying dragon token for each dragon creature that attacks. Also this increases the effect of Scourge of Valkas as the number of dragons is increasing.

Savage Ventmaw - You get extra mana for your second main phase to cast out those big dragons

Harbringer of the Hunt - A bit cheaper RG dragon with some ability to damage other creatures with mana

Generally, your creatures tend to be on the high mana cost side, and there is only birds of paradise and Sylvan Caryatid to support these. Have you considered either Sol Ring or Crucible of the Spirit Dragon to get some more mana?

Crucible of Fire is a nice enchantment with dragons as it gives +3/+3 to all dragons you control.

If you can bring in a splash of blue colour, then Sarkhan Unbroken would fit in perfectly.

A low budget option to reduce the mana cost of your dragons is Dragonlord's Servant. This decreases the mana cost of your dragon spells by 1.

If vintage cards are ok and available, Zirilan of the Claw is also worth considering to lash out extra damage with haste.

There is also some artifact with which you can put to battlefield a multicoloured creature from your hand with activation cost of few colourles. I just can't remember the name, set or exact wording to find it out.

Drumhead21 posted it right above, we don't have any knowledge of how much budget you have and/or what card sets are already available in your collection so these were just thrown in from some of those that I own. Hope those help though.
