So I've been doing some research and apparently the "big three" threats as far as magic deck architypes go are Land Destruction, Discard and Permission, I have two of the three so this is my attempt at a solid mono blue Permission deck After designing it I have decided that this deck will replace my "COUNT DOWN" (COUNTerspell beatDOWN deck) as I believe this is more effective and far less expensive to build.
