I love Ula decks, Sage of Epityr serves mine well, along with Arcane Laboratory. And Crystal Shard could help with bouncing your Augury Owl and Cryptic Annelid away from any exile spells, just so you can play them again

Instead of Ranger's Path I'd use Cultivate, cheaper

Parallel Lives would probably suit you better than Doubling Season, unless your set on Nissa Revane taking advantage of it, and honestly you could probably lose her too and not hurt from it

Resplendent Mentor basically turns all your creatures into Soulmender

I was thinking Tendrils of Corruption or Consuming Vapors could be useful and fun, or Exsanguinate for multiplayer

If you added Silence, combined with Grand Abolisher, that'd make some people mad

you could try adding some lifegain, once left unblocked Grimclaw Bats could get HUGE

cloud sprite is basically the same thing, phantasm can be mean but personally id only put him in a deck designed to mill exclusively, that's just my opinion though. its a threshold creature but instead of 7 its 10, and your relying on your opponent's graveyard for it instead of your own, it can be dicey

Shared Animosity might be worth a look, but nice deck, I wouldn't mind getting shanked by it

this deck has potential, but Jace's Phantasm and Mind Sculpt should go. And Chandra's Fury. It's just not good in this deck if your going for pain, not enough mill or mana ramp.
I'd also either make Blistercoil Weird a set of 4 or ditch him entirely.
Instead of Void Snare, Vapor Snag?
Have you seen Nivmagus Elemental? in the right deck he can be FUN

This is a great deck, I've tried making a splicer golem deck before but I couldn't get it to work. I don't think you need Blightsteel or Chronomaton though, I'd ditch em for Thoughtcast, but its hard to kick them aside, especially Blightsteel

I might be wrong but Final Fortune says "Take an extra turn after this one. At the end of that turn you lose the game." even if you get multiple turns, at the end of the first one you take it'll still finish you off, unless im missing something
