Yeah, I agree, they are actually costly when I run it in my black deck. Also, why not use Disentomb? It's only 1 to cast and with no mana cost limit for the creaure you wanna return?

Hey, you ever thought of using Scavenger Drake, it might be better than Mortician Beetle with flying and a counter not just creatures you sacrifice?
Have you ever thought of adding Elvish Champion?
Well, I thought that Wirewood Channeler would be enough mana to summon elves and power my Helix Pinnacle. I also think that Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary is not needed in my deck.
