might want to try oran-rief, the vastwood. I've never played a deck like this so i'm not sure how it will work but it seems good.

I know enchantments aren't very good but claws of valakut is a pretty insane card and if paired up with goblins, especially warren instigator, it can speed me up fast. It is a card that i save in my hand until after i have a good swarm going. I knew the Molten pinnacle was terrible i just have it in my current deck for now as a win condition until i can buy the rest of my goblins. You would be surprised how well siege-gang commander works as a finisher. I'm not sure if i want to use voracious dragon or the monument, but i'll probably use one of them.
Problem is i only have one arid mesa and i don't think i can afford 3 more. Maybe through trades though.

um... you realize you didn't need to add all those right? you can just add one and then put 4x.
I don't know about ula. It takes at least 3 turns to work so it will only be useful if you get it out right away. Although great use of Gamazoa, Liliana and Ponder to help with ula.
Finally, burn done right. you might want 4 fonts of mythos and 4 howling mines.
The best ally mill deck is bant. Because white has alot of the low costs, blue has the miller and the shapeshifter which should become another miller, and green has mana gain and semi-cheap allies.
add some spells
you need elvish piper in your deck.
how do you plan on getting so much mana? the only thing you have that could possibly produce enough mana to make this effective is utopia mycon, but it takes alot to make it effective.
yeah i have 2 kalitas and there is a reason they aren't in my deck. Maybe i should just keep 1 crypt of agadeem just incase? although most of the time that i have gotten the DoJ it's usually followed by a land destroyer.
He costs 3, so alluren kicks in making him free to play. Then you basically constantly tap one mana for 3 mana.
i think he should keep him in there. when he has alot of exalted out and rhox war monk. it turns out to be alot of lifegain.
oh... and stoic angel would be a nice add to this deck considering you only need to untap one creature
after looking at this i realize how overpowered bant really is...
I recommend hedron crabs for any mill deck. It's really good and really cheap.
In my opinion the eldrazi monument isn't very good in this deck. I mean, first of all you only have one so the chances of getting it are pretty low. and secondly it costs 5 mana when usually by then if your not fighting a control, your opponent is either dead or about to die. And if you are fighting a control, then getting it to go off is pretty hard. You should have vampire bites and feast of blood in this deck. Those are the two cards that make my vampires nearly unbeatable.
arid mesa, marsh flats and terramorphic expanse are completely pointless. replace them with plains.
