Mana doublers flat out win games in mono-black. Cabal Coffers is god here. I'd find a slot for it, Vesuva to copy it, and Deserted Temple to untap them or Nykthos Shrine to Nyx.Extraplanar Lens and Gauntlet of Power are great, too.For one more mana than Doom Blade you can kill black creatures and/or Planeswalkers with a Hero's Downfall. The second you're staring at a Elspeth crapping out tokens keeping you from hitting her or a Thraximunder you need dead before you forces you to sacc your only blocker you'll with you had it.I'd run Unstable Obelisk over Mind Stone. Being able to sacrifice it to destroy an artifact or enchantment that you have zero other ways to deal with is much more useful than being able to draw a card once. Infernal Darkness is brutal in mono-black, too.
