From my experience with my mill deck: -you need more creatures, it's all very well and good milling an opponent, but when it comes to waiting for that next good mill card, you will very quickly become open to attack. Look up guiltfeeder, it's e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y good for a mill deck and also has a decent defence. -Seriously contemplate adding either traumatize or keening stone. These are two of the best mill cards I know. -Consider swapping Drowned catacomb for Jwar Isle Refuge, it's the same thing except Jwar gives you +1 life. good luck and take a look at my mill deck if you need further ideas. :)
