whats up zalgo, balance of power confuses me in this deck. it looks like all the discards and land tax would ensure that the opponent would always have less cards then you. I dont really c how it fits

Yeah it doesn't really make much sense to me either but I'm just "laying it all on the line" so to speak. These are the cards that he used to win the World Championship so I guess it worked for him lol.
the answer is because it was balance, not balance of power. Balance of Power wasnt even printed yet
