I focus on milling myself until I can get enough creatures in my graveyard to play Skaab Ruinator. Use Jace's Archivist after the draw step of the opponent with the most cards every turn to keep draining libraries.If there is a Vengeful Pharaoh in the graveyard, leave a Ghoulcaller's Bell untapped in case an opponent attacks.

You don't. It's in here for its graveyard effect.
I originally had another black creature in the deck and some swamps, but the creature wasn't that beneficial and I would rarely cast Pharaoh, so I went mono blue.
You might want to run some cards from SOI
