I like this, butI think you need the Setessan Tactics main board. Its your only type of creature removal. 4 mystic and 4 caryatid seems a bit over kill as well. I probably would dump some caryatids for something else.. maybe sedge scorpion? so you can have some trade ups? have you considered adding Yisan?

He needs eight dorks so he can get Ugin out faster. They need to stay. Also what good is the scorpion if Ugin just kills everything with his minus x ability? Much more effective

Well considering how this deck isn't using just Ugin as a threat, he isn't. Ugin is in there for if he happens to draw him. It's not like Ugin is his only win con
Then by the time he draw it, he probably already has 8 mana.. so again too many mana dorks.
They aren't just for Ugin. Two of his big creatures have monstrous, so they need mana (especially Polukranos). He doesn't have too many dorks. I have a mono green fatty deck with lots of dorks in it and they are always useful
@hyperman012 The argument against the mana dorks can be easily rectified by just playing the deck. You want a deck that has a reliable T3 4 drop or even 5 drop. For instance, T3 Nissa can equal a T4 Ugin. That leads to a win 90% of the time. Not to mention if you monstrous Polukranos for X=18 there isnt much the opponent can do about that short of a kill spell. I understand your concern about the dorks but it isn't correct.
