I'm just getting back into MTG, i used to play from revised to stronghold.

Nice use of crypt incursion! Sinister possession, quag sickness, and harbor bandit look like the weakest links to me. I'd drop them for some more mill spells and anothe fog bank. Also look into consuming abberation. Hes an excellent alternate win con.

Thanks for the tips, i made a couple of tweaks, seeing the comment below about consuming aberration and crypt incursion , i side boarded it for now.

I still hold that elite arcanist is an awesome card in any deck that has a heavy load of instants. I would use it with far/away for control or thought scour for card draw. Also, crypt incursion takes down consuming abberation's power. I might rethink those two working together if you want the abberation to be able to kill. Also I would take out the evolving wilds and add two more phantasms for early damage potential. Finally, I would take the land down to 20 total and add more tome scour or essence scatter.
