Replace the Pheres-Band Centaurs for Arbor Colossus, he's bigger and has reach, he's just better :)
I'd take the Negate out of the sideboard and replace it with Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, for sheer copying nasty creatures you kill with Hero's DownfallI'd also suggest getting rid of the Essence Scatter's and replacing them with a 4th Dissolve and a 2nd Ashiok.And maybe replace the Abhorrent Overlords with Herald of Torments.Sorry for the many suggestions but there is a similar deck to this that competes at my local FNMs and it comes top 3 without fail. :)

I know about branchbender, I'm not a fan, because your opponent will capitalise and try to kill off one of your land which might be necessary for your next move< I'll take a look at Drove
Too many Traumatizes, you only need 2 maximum, otherwise they stop being effective, go for other mill spells suck as Breaking // Entering or Pilfered Plans

I appreciate the advice, I know dissolve is better, I went for the cheaper alternative because I'm on budget, but it hasn't put it up that much, so Dissolve is in :)
