I think you should drop the black and green. Really, mono blue would be awesome. Throw in some land or some source of w/r mana (for sneak attack and the tutor) but otherwise I think that would be better.

His only black/green cards are 3x Progenitus (= 6 black, 6 green) and 1x sphinx of the steel wing (1 black). Advice: - Echoing Truth - Pyroblast Not sure why those are in there or what to replace them with, though.
Your deck is freaking good except for one thing... U dont have enogh blue cards to drop for fow..sphinx of steel looks awesome but i prefer ulamog. Have fun with the deck its surprisingly good against most of the deck except merfolk or mirror.
