Well what would you take out in place of Baral? The artifacts serve dual purpose as either a fixer with draw( Prophetic prism), board control ( Deadlock Trap/ Pacification Array), or as improvise tappers. That then leaves either the core of the deck or the instances/ sorceries. So remove spells for a 1/3 with the ability to make my spells cheaper and possible draw if i counter a spell? He just doesn't fit in the build as far as i can see. Thanks for the thought though.
Tamiyo journal was a thought but as a 5 drop and from experience from playing the deck it made my mana curve too high and pacification array is invaluable to help maintain the board. I do see what you are saying but from my experience it was too much. Thanks for the thoughts though.
