This deck is designed as more of a budget primer for Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. This is NOT intended to be a definitive list for playing Jhoira by any stretch nor is the list set in stone. I am always open to suggestions and as this is my deck IRL, the list will change from time to time.
The idea here is to essentially:1. Play Jhoira as fast as possible2. Jam some 0 mana artifacts to draw some cards3. Jam a cost reducer4. Go off and draw into a storm card such as grapeshot or eventually generate mana to cast Psychosis Crawler and kill your opponents all at once. There are also cheaper options like Altar of the Brood, but this is not always reliable.This deck doesn't have much in the realm of "backup plans", but as long as you can keep drawing cards and casting Jhoira, things will be quite alright. Feldon's Cane can essentially reset your turn after sacrificing your artifacts to something like Krark Clan Ironworks.HELLKITE TYRANT - Well this card seemed very inefficient at first as it relies on you having another upkeep with it on the field, something removal and interactions are good at preventing. Final Fortune allows you to take one final turn to get that upkeep. Other similar cards could be played, but final fortune is financially viable and excessive card draw will more often than not get you there. Personally, I am of the mindset that Final Fortune is a HIGHLY underrated card but that's just me :)
