Hey thanks for your awesome input! Believe it or not, I have actually thought about a lot of the stuff you've mentioned. I opted for not putting in warp world and that kind of stuff because I've played with those big messy red spells before, and usually everybody gets frustrated while redealing permanents and such. So my group is kind of why they aren't in there.
In terms of storm cards, the storm only triggers on spells "cast" before it. For the most part, casting a spell is what will trigger the whole mess, and the whole mess mostly "copies" spells as opposed to casting them. Also if the storm spell is what I'm using as my first spell on the turn, I'm only getting the one copy as there were no spells cast prior to it bring put on the stack.
Adding some more draw I think would be a good idea, just not too sure what draw I have that could fit, and where I would fit it. And as for those big staples, you're absolutely right. If I had them, they would be in, but unfortunately, I'm not that rich! Haha same goes for the pacts! If I could get my hands on some, I would be a really happy man! Haha
But again, thank you for the tips! They will not go unheeded!

deathbringer thoctar + deathtouch. or deathbringer + mephidross vampire. just a couple of fun combos you might like to take a look at! xD

I like your deck concept, but i just have a few concerns with it... 16 land seems really low... you don't really have great means of pulling out all that land. you just have the creatures that you need to kill...
also, i might consider throwing in some 1/2 lands so you can trigger the flashback for spider spawning or trackers instincts... if you do go about splashing for both of those flashbacks, you could put in forbidden alchemy which i find great for digging threw your deck and grabbing what you need while ditching a couple of either small creatures later on, or creatures that you just won't need earlier...
Those are just a few things that I would consider, but overall i like your deck!

I really like the way this deck looks. If I could make a couple of suggestions though, I think some sulfur falls would help out with mana correction, and a desolate lighthouse would be nice for switching some cards and an instant draw if you were to add some miracle. In terms of miracle, I would think that Reforge the Soul is a great one, thunderous wrath, temporal mastery, and devastation tide, and bonfire of the damned would be great (the last 2 as a field reset sort of thing).
also, with all these instants and sorceries, a couple of runechanter`s pikes would do wonders in stomping anything that came your way! :D

because you too will be drawing quite a bit, have you considered putting in a psychosis crawler? nice big blocker and life loss whenever you draw?
also, some no max hand size for you might be nice for that same reason... maybe a reliquary tower or something?

thanks man! like I said, it's a deck I've sort of tried to make before, but it didn't work out so well. This is my second attempt, I don't have all the cards for it, but it looks like it would be fun to play xD

thank you for that catch! I do have 2 Reliquary tower in here. I knew something was missing xD However I do find I am often running with a pretty small hand... the crawlers aren't supposed to swing... I just draw 7 new hands and everyone dies... or I infinite Niv-Mizzet with curiosity xD

It can... if I feel like being mean... Usually I sit there shuffling everything all the time until I get bored or someone else get's scary enough to end it. It's more fun not playing niv or psychosis... xD

i've always love archive trap in a mill deck, and those work great with ghost quarters. I don't see why you've got the 4 evolving wilds in there though...

my only worry about this is cards like trepanation blade or mind funeral. other than that, the format sounds like it could be a lot of fun! I might have to try it with a couple of buddies xD

I like the idea behind your deck, but I would like to make a couple of suggestions. Other than your arrogant ramp, you're really not doing anything until turn 4, at which point you should be able to play scion. I would throw in a couple of small creatures for blockers early game. Mudbutton torchrunner and perilous myr are a great deterrent as they'll poke back if you're attacked. Alternatively you could use elves or myr for that extra bit of mana and blockers. Also, dragon arch = wonderful, but you're not going to pull it out every game. I'd throw in a quicksilver amulet for a second quick dragon drop and a mosswart bridge as an almost free dragon later on.
Also, you really don't have any instants, sorceries or enchantments. There are several infinite dragon combos that are very easy to pull off. Niv-Mizzet + Curiosity = infinite draw and damage. Hellkite Charger + Bear Umbr + 7 land = infinite attacks. Simple combos like these are game winners! I would even look into putting in some tutors to pull those combos out. And because scion can change into any of your dragons, you just need to enchant him! (and btw crucible of fire is my favourite enchant for dragons)
Those are just a couple of my thoughts. It looks like it could be a really fun deck to play, and I hope some of my suggestions help! :D

you could always use phyrexian unlife, and a card for T: Gain 1 life, like chalice of life or something to that extent just in case someone does decide a quick gut shot would be funny...
also, you could use either leyline of sanctity or witchbane orb for the hexproof to prevent the burn...
