Deck Description

My budget modern list and pet deck: It is a combination of midrange and control focused around one of the all-time-great creature types.

How to Play

The strenght of the deck is that it can change fast from playing defensive to beeing at the beat down.
Attack in the first 3-4 turns their hand, their board and the stack, then put one or two dragons into play turn 4-6 and return to playing control. Against control play the dragons later so you can defend them from getting removed.
Suggestions are apreciated.

Deck discussion for Grixis Dragon Control

Is the mana consistent and/or fast enough? Definitely the new Nicol Bolas in Core19!

Cool deck but the landbase makes it rough.

thank you both for the comments. I know that the landbase is slow but it works most times to have the colors you need. maybe I should replace the necropolis with some cycle lands to have the check lands come into play untapped more often.

That sounds like a promising idea. You get to search for whatever basics then the checklands work better....
