This is what I would do:Drop Basilica Screecher for Daggerdrome Imp 1/1 life linkDrop Falkenrath Noble and add in 1x Tragic Slip, 1x Smite and 1x Exquisite Blood.Drop both Basilica Guards and Kingpin's Pet for 4x Cathedral Sanctifier when he enters the battlefield gain 3 life.You will still have the Extort feature with Crypt Ghast and you added my life gain by adding in Cathedral Sanctifier and Daggerdrome Imp.How this helps.
