This is a fairly simpleish dimir deck, built on a budget and a whim. Create lots of tokens, then mill them to death with Undercity Informer. Abhorrent Overlord can be used to great effect with Undercity Informer and Rescue from the Underworld to create a small token army, andhe can be sarificed whenever his effect gets to be a problem. Aqueous Form and Consuming Aberration is a secondary win condition. You won't win any pro tours with this deck, but its a great casual deck, and I really enjoy it. :)
Basically Mill them to death with various mill cards, and protect yourself with your army of tokens. Mortus Strider, Call of the Nightwing, and Abhorrent Overlord provide Undercity Informer a constant supply of creatures to sacrifice to kep the mill flowing.
