This deck is a web of synergies based around Brago. Him and Finest Hour let you use his ability twice in one turn. You can stack Claws of Gix's ability on top of his for a one-for-one mana-for-life trade. If your opponent has fliers, use Venser's -1 ability then flicker Venser back to 3 with Brago. If you're short on mana, flicker Wood Elves and Sol Ring. With Finest Hour out, you can destroy 2 lands per turn with Acidic Slime. Lavina of the Tenth keeps most of your opponent's stuff perpetually detained. And, if your opponent plays a bigger threat than you have Arrested, flicker it over! If you're broke, take out Thragtusk and round out Finest Hour, Wood Elves, Cloudshift, and Arrest.
