Exactly as before, get some dual land (Blood Crypt and Dragonskull Summit), lose most of the singles you have, and replace with 4x of some. Should have 4x-ish of Stromkirk Captains, and some Stromkirk Nobles are a strong 1 drop. Also, try to get some Zendikar vamps, and especially Nocturnas. Also, your Fengraf and Increasing Vengence are wasting space (among most of the sorcery/instants).
Just did a little bit of deck editing. Made the deck a little tighter; got rid of some...peasants.
