Deck Description

A midrange deck that uses inktreader/zada interactions and silverfur partisans for tokens.

How to Play

List of abilities that spells have when zada or inktreader are on field

-gut shot= deals 1 to each creature, silverfur triggers.
-mutagenic growth= all creatures get +2/+2 (nothing truly happens), silverfur triggers.
-apostle's blessing= fog effect for you and your opponents creatures, sometimes just yours, silverfur triggers.
-path to exile= board wipe and get 1 or 2 free wolves.
-brute force= a more expensive mutagenic with same function pretty much.
-dismember= Board wipe or significant clearance from board, silverfur triggers.
-turn // burn= shock and turn to frog had an ugly son of a bitch for a baby, silverfur triggers twice.
-turn to frog= Fog effect with no abilities for rest of turn, silverfur triggers.

You got a really big mana base so mana is not a problem.

sideboard stuff we have not explained

Leyline of sanctity is against burn, force them to kill your creatures
Singularity is for turn // burn and turn to frog shenanigans where each player sacks all creatures but 1.

Deck discussion for Modern Ink-treader

"-turn // burn= shock and turn to frog had an ugly son of a bitch for a baby, silverfur triggers twice."

I'm pretty sure that if you Fuse Turn // Burn it still only counts as one spell, just with both effects.

The order of the triggers are as two seperate abilities- going from left to right. Just looked it up on the Gatherer

"...becomes the target of AN instant or sorcery spell..."

The Fused spell may target twice, but it's still one spell. So while it targets twice, if you target the same creature with both effects, the Silverfur will only put one Wolf out. It's the same reason that targeting Favored Hoplite three times with Seeds of Strength will only trigger his Heroic once.

Basically, the effect checks the number of spells, not the number of times the word "target" comes up on a spell.
