Most look at this deck and wonder how is this a mill deck. The storm ability on brain freeze is how this deck mills. The majority of the cards in this deck are instants. Reset is the backbone of the deck allowing you to untap you lands during an opponents turn. You start sculpting your hand in the first few turns so that it can go off at an instant. The best time to unleash it is during an opponents combat phase where they are most vulnerable. The high tide allows you to produce an insane amount of mana so you can sift through and draw the cards you need. Cunning wish is key since it gives me the card i need on my sideboard.. The fetch lands are in there to allow for the shuffling of the deck when needed.
