The scry is a good ability but I prefer to have my lands come out untapped. Atleast that is my play style when running control. He has 7 other sources that can scry.

Khans did give us Hardened Scales, which I think is a great 1 mana drop for evolve. Its one of the few Khans cards I play in my Animar Commander deck that if I flop that down turn one my opponents hate me more. Also works with Bioshift producing an extra counter.
I think the only thing that will make Splinter Twin decks less popular is a ban.
It's done really well in my local shop.

Tragic Slip would fit nice here.
So I played this weekend and Temur Sabertooth was one of my best cards. The ability to let me keep bringing creatures to my hand and replaying the same creature to get more counters on Animar was great.
Well if you were to change it, what would you do? I on't know the Meta due to never playing EDH before with them.
No I have bought the deck but haven't played Commander yet. My birthday is coming up and friends of mine are getting together to play commander.

Incorrect. The definition of Indestructible means immune to destroy effects.
A few cards you might consider: Might of the Nephilim, Blessing of the Nephilim, or Civic Saber.
Sage's Reverie is a newer card that should help.
Impact Tremors would fit really well in this deck.
Boros Elite might fit in here.
Rootbound Crag is so much better in this deck than the temple.
Repeal looks like it would do great here. You can use it on their blockers or your 0 cost creatures and replay them adding another spell to the storm!
I think wooded foothills would be a better choice if you got the budget. Goblin grenade might be better than lightning bolt also.
