Not of This World is a must, and I think you need less artifacts. I only have blightsteel in my deck.

Why is Bazaar Trader in here?

I run something similar but run Glissa Sunseeker, which I see someone above has also commented on.

What I also do is run ghost quarter. Ghost quarter lets them search up another land...which is great if they are running more than one color so you can splinter that type of land as well.

Gruul Turf may help on the mana fixing and the land bounce.

I have a deck very similar to this, but I run Sunbond main deck and I added Vampire Nighthawk which I call Blade at that point.

But I think you could use more life gain like Nyx-Fleece Ram and Spirit Link. The Ram is a great blocker and Spirit Link is great to either put on your creature to gain life/get bigger, or you can put on their creature to pretty much negate all damage done to you.

Hopeful Eidolon I think might be a better fit than Nip Gwyllion. It costs less money, and is an enchantment as well. The only thing Nip Gwyllion has is that you can spend either color of mana.

If the name of the game is turning creatures sideways, Throne of the God-Pharaoh is pretty good, and even better in multiplayer!

I think you would find having a body that you are able to sac into instead of waiting for a one time sac outlet will be better. Viscera Seer gives you that and a way to scry into your other pieces.

To test the waters maybe drop down to three each of your sorceries and instants to put three of the seer in.

You do know this was made almost two years ago, right? When Probe was still legal.

If your basic lands are from a Commander set they won't count toward the price of the deck.

Crib swap would be hilarious in this deck.

Price is why Mana leak isn't in the deck. This is a $25 budget. Specter is great to unearth for spare damage when I can't find Lore.

You have 8x Azorius Signet.

Collected Company deserves a spot, but I really hate the card. Theres some cards I know should go in my decks, but the hate for them is stronger. Snapcaster Mage is another card on that list.

I would go Spirit link over ordeal of Heliod. You can put it on Ajani's pridemate or if the opponent plays a huge creature you pretty much negate the damage.

You also need alot more lands.
