Deck seems pretty solid. I wouldn't change anything really. I personally like Lashwrithe better than than the Blade of the Bloodchief, but that is just my preference.

if your going to run a vampire deck with such a long game mana curve, then you should run x2 Exquisite Bloods. Just for the chance of hitting the infinite damage combo with Sanguine Bond.
