This is a janky idea I had to play all the Liege creatures in a commander deck and was looking for a commander when i realized how perfect Niv is since he can draw a bunch of them with his etb. I started by adding the 10 required cards and then just went from there with cards that work well with Niv trying to keep creatures as my win con. A lot of the deck however is based around mana fixing and then control because this is commander.

I don't understand.... why there are..... cards that are.... NOT guild cards.... .......... Big boy Niv can't see them! How will he see them?! 24... 24! of your nonland cards are NOT guild cards.... Poor poor Niv will never know what they might be.

Most of them are ramp and still thats 39 guild cards when you get to dig 10 cards thats average 4 cards per trigger. Additionally, the deck isnt based around niv its around the lieges.
Fair enough... Niv still sad but Lieges happy!
