Why are there Mountain's in this deck? Don't replace them with land. I would add more Imposing Soverign and Blind Obedience to Extort some. Otherwise, adding that stuff makes this a great deck

i only added the mountains as placeholders for herald of torment
I don't see how this is a budget deck if you have to spend over 30 bucks... half of the budget deck shouldn't be rares. Add some basilica screechers, tithe drinkers, thrull parasites to lower the cost but keep it a stable standard deck.
