Get out as much mana as you can, use skullclamp to draw, then when your saps tap for more than the cost of Sprout swarm, play Concordant Crossroads for haste, make infinite saps, then attack with the whole horde.

You play Vernal Bloom and Emerald Medallion to equalize the mana from a sap and the cost after buyback so you tap a sap to make a sap, repeat. Then play Symbiosis for untapped saps to attack with.
