You might as well have 30 BL considering they are banned in all formats including "Early Sets Constructed".

Consuming Vapors is better than Bone Splinters. Thought Hemorrhage is bad main deck, and why no DoJ? Also your mana base is terrible.
I'm pretty sure Birds of Paradise, Noble Hierarch, and Lotus Cobra can help out that one island :P
As the wincon? I thought that might be obvious.

Honestly this deck runs by far the most creature control cards in the format, at a whopping 16. Then there is additional reach against aggro in the form of Wall of Omens. Also, the Obelisk is boss. It is ADDITIONAL creature control, planeswalker control, life gain, and a win condition all in one. Believe me, you have plenty of time to kill them. Also, I can win faster than Back to Nature can blow me out. The way I win is Opalescence.
First off, there arn't any better leylines out there to use... Secondly, Back To Nature is great, and yes, it will blow me out, but thats what Replenish is in there for...
First of all, there are no other lands that come into play untapped that HELP this deck, and Vengevine/KotR/Hellspark/Hell's Thunder are problems... 4 tapped lands are fine.
And what kinda' crazy format is this legal in?

First of all, there are Llanowar Elves in there, so no need to take one of the best mana producers in there... Also, if you new about competitive legacy decks, you would know why Relic of Progenitus is in there.
