How to Play

For your first game with this deck, you are probably going to want to just play it straight aggressive. This will mean keeping a hand with a mana dork like the Elvish mystic, preferably some Heir of the Wild's, and Rakshasa Death Dealers. Keep in mind you want to have the mana open to use the Death Dealer's abilities, but to also keep the options open for kill spells when you need to. Sometimes you will just need to fetch on your turn, but remember that fetching on your opponents end step can sometimes be a better play, it interrupts their turn for you to shuffle your deck, this could also be used to your advantage in certain situations. Kill your threats with the downfalls and cut's which is pretty self explanatory, thoughtseize turn 1 if you can, but the thoughtseizes become extremely effective when you want to know what they may have if they are sitting back with mana open, so you might want to just hold onto it, if you get one in the opening draw. Doing this will keep pace with your opponents and allow you to progressively play your bigger meaner things like Stormbreath Dragon and Polukranos, and the whip comes in extremely handy if they cut down your Dragons and Hydras, often should be the case that you can whip in a dragon or a creature and swing for lethal. Finally and this is important, you CANNOT be afraid to lose life with this deck, remember that magic life totals are not your precious life, I have gone to 7, a few of that damage self inflicted, if you are patient and trust the deck, you will be just fine.

Deck discussion for Return of the Jund!

There are a lot of double mana requirements for your creatures and Downfall, have you thought of swapping the mystics for Caryatids? would provide a bigger wall and allow for easier mana fixing :)

with the double mana you may want to consider xenagos, the reveler and the sylvan caryatid vs the mystics

have you thought of including sarkhan? 4/4 flyers, card cycling, and CR removal

looking for input on these if you get a chance?
