I suggest adding some more card draw. Otherwise your vials will be useless when you can only get one creature each turn.You might also consider adding a few bigger sliver for finishing the game. Your mana curve is so low anyways, and the mana slivers are good ramp creatures.E.g. Essence Sliver for Lifelink (maybe sideboard), Megantic Sliver, Might Sliver.Virulent Sliver would also be a worth trying out for alterntive win condition.

To compensate for the lack of draw Distant Melody would be good, it's a bit costly for this deck, but would be worth it if you have many slivers out.

I like the scry and all, but what about Hinterland Harbor instead of the temples? I think having a dual land that would be untapped could possibly speed the deck up. Scry is helpful, but I think you might get more use out of the speed.Also, I agree with the above about adding a bigger sliver as an extra win condition. As I have never played slivers, I don't know what would be bestm but I really like the idea of the doublestrike slivers.Anyway, just a few thoughts! Great deck!

Since you have white slivers it would be a good idea to look into bonescythe sliver, because it gives all slivers double strike.

I like the mutavaults, dont get me wrong, they are insane in sliver decks, but you have to count them outside of your mana base imo. They give you no colored mana AND they wont be used for mana most of the time. You basically have 16 lands here..
