this deck is really good, but i'd recommend something to give the overbeings/crawlers trample. Although b/c of the crawler's other ability you'll most likely just burn em with life rather than actual damage.

i would recommend trigon of corruption or w/e the black one is. that way you can put a -1/-1 counter on something and then get an elf.
i wouldn't run venser... he's good, but you can only really get a reusable o-ring from him. other than that he's pretty much useless except for the ultimate.
umm i think instead of skyshroud forest you just meant forest. other than that it looks like a good deck
i would recommend taking out some of the dragonskull summits and putting in more mountains. the real power of the summits and the crags is that if you have one of the regular basic lands they come into play untapped. You only have 1 forest 1 mountain and 1 swamp though, so odds are that you aren't going to get the advantage of them coming into play untapped. i would also take out some plains because most of your early game cards are G/R and that makes the plains less useful in your opening hand.
