Vampires are fun. They kill stuff. It makes them more powerful because they are vampires. I wanted to represent that with blade of the bloodchief and blood artist as well as the consequences of making kalastria highborn mad.;-)
get blood artist out as soon as possible (and kalastria highborn if you have it) then just use get vampires on the field and use kill spells like "urge to feed" or "victim of night" to drain life from you enemy and even make your vampires more powerful by tapping them for "urge to feed" or just getting +1/+1 counters from "Blade of the Bloodchief". Then either finish with vamp night hawk or bloodline keeper, or get a vamp nocturnus on the field and swing with them all!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
