Theres probably a good instant or sorcery i can put in for pursuit of flight, its just in there for right now til I find out what I'd want in it. its not a bad card either, either a 4/4 flying guttersnipe/goblin electromancer, a powerful flying nivmagus, or a powerful flying cyclops

Changed the deck up a little bit, what you think of the changes made?

Ascetisism will be extremely helpful, also infinite reflection is nice :p

haha it's always hard to cut cards, especially when you wanna use all of them. I would drop slave of bolas (cost too much and multiple colors) and the reins of power. Unless you're gonna have an awesome mana base I would drop fire field ogre too, its not good enough to sneak attack and 3 different colors is asking alot for him in this kind of deck. sedris is pretty neat but I would think about maybe ditching him, same reason as fire field ogre, 3 colors and he's only good if he stays in play, if you sneak attack him he'll be gone in a turn.

Now that i think about it, you might be better dropping blue all together and sticking to black/red, those colors work well together with speed and thats what you want want for this deck. If you drop out blue it gives you wiggle room for other things you want like mimic vat or anything else.

All just my opinions tho =p

Instead of magus maybe look into priest of titania, and instead of birds of paradise add elvish archdruid. Then maybe take out heartbeat of spring and put in elvish guidance =p it will supercharge your mana, elves are the way to go for this kind of thing. you can even take out some lands and put in mana reflection and the game will be over quickly. But either way I like this build too =]

Look into the cards Dying Wish and Mimic Vat. Both are great for fling style decks. Also You need to go thru your cards and take out everything that isnt ESSENTIAL to this deck working. 70 cards in here and no land yet is not gonna work well, since fling is very very important to this deck you need to get it to a 60 card deck and that includes land, otherwise you'll never draw fling. If you like the card but it isnt absolutely necessary then you can probably take it out. Once you get your deck down to 60 cards then you can start looking at the cards you just like and not need and see if you can fit it in by taking something out as long as it doesnt damage how the strategy works or effect the speed of the deck.

Ill agree that something is still missing from it, i dont know what yet, but it actually does move faster thab you think it would, it actually can go off pretty quickly, i can hit the killing blow within 5 turns. But something still seems off about it when i played it, it did pretty well, but i know there are inprovements that can be made, i got caught in a conjurers closet acidic slime combo last night and they kept destroying my blue lands, haha i was about to drop 2 battle hymns into the overload of dragonshift with like 6 creatures out, but no blue lands made it impossible. But i like this concept i have, just need to perfect it, im trying to get some shocklands for it

Thanks buddy! And i decided to throw in another nivmagus, just to see how that works, i kinda like his concept of just something to have the opponent worrying about

Alright made a few updates, what you all think? Looks like it might run pretty well this way, im glad i put in the silent departures, i will have to see have the nivmagus elementals do

Thank you very much for checking out my deck and giving it that much thought. I agree and disagree witg a few things. Im gonna keep the battle hymns, they have proven to be extremely effective, i only need 3 creatures out for it to be beneficial which is very easily attainable especially with krenkos command. The cleaver riots may indeed cost too much, i was thinking about switching them out for that new fusion card that gives my creature +1+1 and double strike for 2 mana. The lobber crews actually do better than i thought they would, but 4 migjt be a little much, ill look into taking a few out if now all out fpr something better, nivmagnus elemental is good but i hate wasting spell effects.. ill think about it cause i own 2 tho. The mortars are nice, but only own 2 and they are in another deck and they are kinda hard to come across, but if i find more ill probably have a slot open for them. Silent departure is a thought... i might add a few, creatures have proven to be a problem, no real removal in this deck so good suggestion.. ill update the deck later on tonight or tomorrow.. thanks for your suggestions and thoughts :)

Its multiplayer ability makes it the moat appealing also that you gain the life too, if you sonehow cabt win with it then at least you blast your life total up.

Thanks buddy! Yea sorry i havent been on the blog in a while. But glad you like the build, i really like this combo, i knew i could find an infinite combo with immortal servitude haha. To tell you the truth exsanguinate is a big winner on the list of x spells to add. Might take out a duress and something else for 2 of those, even tho having duress is nice to weed out any counterspells waiting :p

Interesting, aether flash is really great field control other than setting your combo off, just gotta make sure you get out melira and blood artist first. The only problem i could see is facing somethibg with creature control that will kill melira or blood artist before you combo to win. I know of a pretty fun little combo that will stall the game out til you win and protect your creatures. Look into ascetisism and worship. With both those enchantments in the field youll be standing pretty solid. Otherwise i really like the combo you used wirh aether flash being the combo starter. :) nice job

If any of you want to make your own version of this i'd be interested in seeing it. This deck has alot of ways it could go depending on how you construct it. I plan on making this deck or one as close as i can to this one, but it'd like to see how others might make it using this combo :) you could even add alter of dementia for infinite mill or phyrexian altar for any color of mana :p how would you guys make this?
