Honestly, Dismiss into Dreams is a sideboard card at best. Even in a mana ramp deck such as this, it takes a lot of mana to both cast it, and cast things to target the opponents creature/creatures. A great new mana ramp creature in theros is Sylvan Caryatid. It does work. Cyclonic Rift and Plasm Capture are great cards. Ordeal of Nylea and Ordeal of Thassa would help with the counters, the mana ramp, and the draw power very nicely. Simic Manipulater is a wonderful little card that would go great in this deck. Evolving Krasis is a nice unblockable that is easy enough to build up in a deck such as this. I think i would drop one of the primeval bounty's, just to help bring the mana curve down a bit also.
