Wouldn't Cultivate or Harrow be better than Wayfarer's Bauble? Or do you prefer the colourless mana and costs that are divided over some turns (like the foretell mechanic)Winding Way could also be an option, tough the question is what to remove for it.

I like Bauble for a few reasons: A) it's bait for artifact hate, like Abrade which we really don't want on our Gear, and it also wastes sideboard by promoting artifact hate that isn't really a bother to us, B) it's a one mana drop we can use to set up landfall when we need it, and C) colorless is easier to cast that colored. Cultivate is a superb option, but I really like the division of the mana, it kinda helps keep you on curve. Winding Way is nice, but doesn't really pair with our Gear.
