take out the sacrafice for all and exile all you want to destroy exiling your own stuff wont help and get rid of any mana producers that slow you down your goal should be to play avacyn as fast as possible and to protect her from counters with stuff like grand abolisher and cavern of souls and of course hexproofing her helps get some lightning greaves in there. magus of the disk is good to have on the field it says you mess with me ill destroy almost everything. get stonehewer giant too him with worldslayer and avacyn is just funny.
people rage quit when i play this deck.

you can only have more than 4 basic lands in a deck

Obelisk of Alara is weak for edh I love dragons as well and scion is a great commander you can just have fun with even if you dont put alot of dragons in the deck.

and witchstalker is an amazing card look again sir!

The viper is mainly in there for the bloodrush deathtouch ability but glade is probably a better choice for this deck.

I also suggest losing the madcap skills for something else maybe another low cost creature or another burn spell i like skullcrack prevents them from gaining life for the turn and deals 3 damage to there face.

I agree id drop the dragon egg for the zealot the 2/2 dragon token doesnt help with your devotion. and 3 mana is too much for the egg.

I suggest gods willing against removal to protect your creatures its also good for the winning blow to get past thier creatures.

Id suggest dropping heliod and sideboard merciless eviction but other than that it looks good!
also id suggest prognostic sphinx as a sideboard for control matchups he scrys 3 on the attack and you can give him hexproof great for control decks.
