I would excange Bad Moon and Sanguine Bond for another pair of Vampire Nocturnus. Also Phyrexian Arena or Dark Confidant would be a lot better than Sign in Blood. Blood Tribute and Feast of Blood could be replaced by Go for the Throat/Geth's Verdict/Dissmember.My two cents. ;)

100% agree, building this for a friend from scraps i have in my trunk o' cards. Don't have any more phyrexian arena's on hand that weren't in use and wanted to show him the deck before hand ^.^ ty for the input. dark confidant is a great choice and i have a similar card on hand i might add (dark tutelage). Also i think i have a few dismembers laying around ^.^
