Deck Description

Please do not take the name the wrong way...

This is the cheap and very well working modern deck, I am playing on the modern turnaments I go to.
It has a wonderfull curve of 2, to really get this fast play to threaten most opponents.
The low amount of lands can be managed because of the knight of the white orchid's "tutor" come-into-play effect.
Kytheon can flip early, together with early one-drops or a turn two end-of-turn raise the alarm.
Kytheon as the Planeswalker Gideon will provide some serious pressure, for his creature controlling aspect.
His larger version of Gideon Jura controlls the entire creature variations of your opponents, as well as him being a serious 6/6 beater.
To get into the instants, brave the elements keeps your whole team from getting destroyed or to make your whole team unblockable against most decks.
Otherworldly journey is a neat combat trick to stop demage, making your creature bigger, let the exarch trigger again, or to remove the last remaining blocker of your opponent.
Devouring Light is a removal nobody reckons with, so it is really impactfull!^^
The rest is for beating, further controlling etc.

But finally^^
The Exarch...
He won me so many games...
The ability to "drain" those last 2 life or essential 2 life for fetching is just herotic!
it also can be a "timewalk" in early turns to assure the damage if you creatures got blocked or removed.
He also can assure you some 2 lifepoints to survive a heavy encounter of boardpresence.

Sideboard:
Dryad Militant stops delve decks from having cards to delve, as well as making Snapcaster mage an 0.50Euro common! :)
Noxious revival can stabilize your draw, or ruin your opponents one.
It also helps for stopping a reanimator deck from reanimations, for they cant target the top of their deck.^^
Blind Obidience also ruis a reanimator deck or lingering souls blockers.
The rest should be as clear as the decks color is...

have fun with it!

Well, Hann...^^

I looked the card up, but have to say it is tooooo mana-intensive for it getting an actuall threat.
Attacking tokens are neat, but 1/1? eeh
for it to be "good" i woud have to invest 4-5 mana, which is too high, looking at the counterheavy meta, as well as the blockers toughness mostly being above one.
I guess it could be somewhat of an ivasion-ish abillity to assure some last points of damage, but i feel "safer" investing the mana in a pumpspell or two 2-drops with firststrike.
I like the Idea for I am still brewing and things like brimaz come to my mind.
Also I thought about playing honor of the pure again, but do not know what to cut.
I am currently playing 17 lands, which is still more than enough.

thanks for answering again.
sincerely Gideon!

Ok, got the point. Probably Raise the alarm will work better in this deck...

You nailed it! I am also german....

Well. as stated, "do not take the name the wrong way", but as it seems darker humor is not appriciated by all, furthermore it is critized by as it seems kids or thoughtless "adults" who come up with "just die" ^^
In case you did not realize the sarcasm included in my first sentence, I am no Nazi.
The Name came up whie chatting with some friends while playing magic.
It surely can be seen as a crossing with the nazi-organisations, but should just state an aggressive white deck, pimped up with dark humor. (take it as you like!)

So. even if i was spending some time on a pretty useless answer to very useless comment, I wish you, Lykan89 a good day and hope you wish a healthy and filled life :)

Sincerely Gideon

white power is a fine name for a white weenies deck.
i too have a 'white power' deck. which was initially a themed deck of tiny little angry kithkin.
i hope you wish a healthy and filled life indeed.

UUUH. you play dangerous there, falcon^^
Kithkins are "tribal cards", though may have tribal pride.
Because they are mono white they are having "White Pride" :)
Go overung modern turnaments with it.
Sincerely Gideon (Jura^^)

I recommend adding hero of bladehold, it is so powerful. Especially in a deck like this with is many creatures her battery effect will be really good. Also the tokens work very well with honor of the pure.

Thnaks for the reply!
Nice card indeed. 4 mana is a bit high, though. I will try it, but won't really dissrupt the curve and 17 lands (working great, winning me another event.)
I will report my real life experience with it here.
I just think the "brimaz like" token effect is not as good for 4 mana card, at least not as good as brimaz.
the battelcry is neat, but not needed, for honor effects the board enough with itÄs three copies.
anyways, we will see^^
I have to "tr" mirran crusader too.

RACIST!!!! Heheh, I'm only joking, as I know you're only joking too. Nice mono-white deck. I would suggest putting Disenchant in the sideboard so you can remove artifacts and enchantments. I know you have O-rings, but Disenchant is 1-mana cheaper. I see the deck would be weak to Living End boardwipes, so I'd also suggest putting in some graveyard hate in the sideboard. Probably Relic of Progenitus. +1!

thanks for the reply. forgot about it a bit. the "grave hate" was only thought about for esper/grixis with the dryad militant. Disenschant is nice, but O.ring, even if a bit "harder" to cast, is way more versatile. i tried it before. thanks anyways
