Deck Description

This deck is a clone of Jalira's Wurm by icooper.

(It's also pretty much a straight copy of my old Trading Post deck, with some additions from Theros and M15)

How to Play

3x Jalira will go in main deck when finished.
So basically..this is JUST Trading Post Control with Jalira added in. I really thought I could do something more creative, but my Spike kept whispering in my ear and it just came out like this.

Basic idea is to get Jalira out, hope she lives through one turn, and then bring down the hammer with Worldspine Wurm by sacrificing a dude (a keyrune, mutavault, goat token, cleric token or even a wurm). If your plan does not come to fruition, don't fret! The rest of your deck is incredibly resilient. Board clearers do virtually nothing to your army of activatable artifacts and lands. You gain lots of life with Trading Post, Sphinx's Revelation and Elixir of Immortality, and speaking of Elixir, you can count on never decking out, either!

My favorite addition to note, however: Kruphix is there to help you play the loooong game. Your Chord of Calling or Sphinx's Revelation are going to get huge. And all of that mana sitting around will help to fuel your artifact army, getting whatever you need whenever you need it. (Oh yeah, Chord of Calling can go and get the gods too! Neat!)

Deck discussion for Jalira-Post

I think this version looks good. I think its more likely to go off than my Token based one.
