my 3rd Ad Nauseam deck, what an amazing card. Its pretty simple, play ad nauseam and cycle through a huge portion of your deck and then play as many spells as you can, probably about 13, and then use the mana accel from those cards to play tendrils of agony for the win. a very important part of this deck is the card duress, play it directly before tendrils of agony to make the opponent discard that pesky counterspell. ive been playtesting this deck a lot and it wins by turn 4 at least 80% of the time, with about 30% turn 2. It is incredibly effective cause you almost always draw at least 1 duress so the opponent cant stop it. enjoy
