talrand would not work well since i don't have a lot of instants and sorceries.
ik it would take work... he just fits the theme, i wanna make him his own EDH...if only i played it
edh is a fun casual format to play, especially if you play with lots of people.
Quicksilver Fountain is a beast in mono-blue.
