It's definitely not legacy. It is just a casual deck, most likely multiplayer. Diabolic is a recursion animate dead so it is bad ass.

I have reliquary tower, because you can't play spells after epic but you can play land.

you need only 2 myr incubators or even 1. You're missing myr enforcer and the one myr where if one of them is in play the others come back from the grave. You need 4 matrix as well then this deck would rock. Probably should go blue urzatron so you can use thoughtcast and thirst for knowledge.

You need tri-lands and less high mana cost things.

a portal card? Why wouldn't they? There is no portal card in this deck, unless you mean nature's lore which is also an ice age card.

this deck is not broken whatsoever. You would have a really hard time in competitive extended with this deck.

hurkyll's recall hurts a lot. I thought you were talking about competitive type 1 tournaments.

forget the xtra counters and use chalice of the voids. A playset main board should do the trick. Since your stuff has such a high converted mana cost you'll be fine dropping a few for 0,1,2. First game prolly drop it for 0 but game 2 prolly want it for 2 unless what they are playing. I will leave that up to you.
