you dont need to o ring barren glory just so you know. You cast barren then when it is on the stack you can cast kaervik then win next upkeep. I am assuming you don't want to give them a chance to get rid of it. When they do though you are going to automatically lose. Barren is too risky to play.

I kind of expected dredge. Land tax works just fine for putting lands in the graveyard.

I have made a deck like this soooo many times. Use horn of greed and rude awakening.

well for one, you don't have enough lands, and type 1 decks don't really care about their lands. Type 1 deck can win by turn four most of the time and you can destroy like one land by then? Make this legacy, and just play stax

You mulligan until you get a land tax. You never go first either and you miss a land drop just so they are ahead. You need to play this in your head.

read my comment before. You grab 3 lands a turn and can only play one. On Turn 2 you will discard 2 lands, and turn 3 you discard 2 lands, and so on unless you play a spell. Trust me there will be tons of lands in the graveyard.

you just gotta hope you can win without polymorph. I guarantee you wont get a polymorph off most games.

ok forgot land comes back to hand but it still isn't good. It sets you back a turn when your creature is just going to die. Ok let's work this out. turn 1 land, turn 2 land make a land a 3/3. Turn 3 land and some control spells or attack. Turn 4 land then cast polymorph (if it isn't countered) and get a creature that will most likely not be progen. You lost a land so you are now back at turn 3. EoT they path your guy hopefully putting you at turn four again. If you get progen or inkwell they can wrath, and colossai can be pathed and odds of you getting another polymorph is slim. You need more inkwell and progen.

if you're using mirrodin, use good equipment. You can also use auriok steelshaper and the other good soldiers that get bonuses from equip

I honestly don't see this deck doing well in standard. With no hard creatures to protect your planeswalkers (I know elspeth drops a 1/1). In a format that now allows smothers and other stuff to easy drop your man lands makes this a bad idea. Sure you can control some creatures, but odds are you can't deal with them all every time especially if they play blue. I mean I know you have win conditions, but are you banking on a comet storm for the win?
