Ok, this deck is sick as fuck. I have reasoning for my grixis land being like that though because of the fact of i need dual land/ man land and it will work without a bunch of basic shit

I can fault it. First question..do you actually have all these cards...second question.. who would play against a deck that has 4 ancestral recalls 4 mox sapphires, you have 4 black lotuses side board..the best part about this deck though is if you are going to make the "best artifact deck eva" and using 4 of whatever power 9 cards you want then this deck is just a jumbled mess..if you can use any cards you want and in any quantity you want then the artifacts/artifact creatures you are using are terrible.. you obviously are new to magic
Also, if you're going to use Tinker, try Darksteel Colossus

i have most of these cards, and i only started playing at about 9th ed... my friends don't mind playing against this deck, as they enjoy the practice against a deck that can put out some scary shit... (they play green beast and infect decks...) it is meant to have the 0-1 mana artifact creatures in there for tinker, that's all... and for the record, this deck is unbeaten at the club with a few stand-in cards for the ones i don't have. (eg: cancel instead of mana drain) this deck entirely revolves around the tinker/leviathan combo, relying on the fact that it can be played before your opponent has any countering ability and then is sustained due to shroud...
Is there anything i can do to improve it???
If you want to be stupid, just splash a little black for 4 Vampire Hexmages, and 4 Dark Depths. Gives you a 20/20 flying black indestuctible avatar with flying. FLYING!!! Or, you can just not include those cards. Your choice.

why combo into an inkwell leviathan? hes not that good considering all of the artifacts out there Also, darksteel sentinel should be replace with wurmcoil engine in my opinion

mox saphire is restricted in vintage, other than than good deck

you've been playing since 9th edition and you have $5000 worth of cards in one deck not to mention the rarity of finding some of these cards....the key word you said was that you have "most" of these cards....the artifact creatures you have also give away the fact that you don't run this deck otherwise you would have a lot better cards than darksteel sentinel, steel wall, chimeric mass.....its an insult to magic that you think you made up this deck full of power nine/garbage cards
5000 isnt even close to how much this deck is worth. 4x black lotus = at minimum 8 grand 4x ancestral recall = at minimum 2600 2x time walk = at minimum 1200 4x mishras workshop = at minimum 2000 4 x mox sapphire = at minimum 2000 your lookin at a 16,000 dollar deck here my man, unless your a multi-millionaire this deck is impossible to own 4 tolarian academy comes out to 160 bucks, which itself is too much. decks like this are fun to think about, and tons of fun to play with proxies, but there arnt many people who could actually assemble this deck
ok, i don't own all of these cards, but have a few friends who own a few, the actual deck i run has got an academy in it and i do run one mox (that was a card of a retired player at the club) and one time walk and workshop... i am looking at collecting the rest of this deck over time and what i run has stand-ins to what i don't have here... so this is basically what im aiming to in about 3 years??? Oh, i run the inkwells cause i already have three and cause of shroud... :/
Yea, the total price came out to $19,902. For some reason I don't see many people playing against this or even buying it.

ok, there has been a lot of criticism over if i have all of these cards here, witch i don't, but what i want to know is weather or not this is a good mtg deck??? it is basically a little project i have to collect???
For this amount of money, you could easily build a deck that wins turn 1.
it's not hard to make a good mtg deck when you use broken cards.
the theme is sound, but its not cost effective. if your gunna get black lotus and ancestral recall then you need to build a flash hulk deck, painter/grindstone, or goblin charbelcher deck, all of which are turn 1 decks if used properly. if you want to improve on your current deck you need to drop the extra baggage like darksteel sentinel, and steel wall. there are much better choices for tinker fodder like sol ring and lotus petal. you also need brainstorm as a speed source to make sure that if this combo doesnt go off turn 1 it will turn 2. personally i would use pact of negation in here rather then force of will. youv got the mana accel to pull it off and it wont cost you another card
also swap out 4 islands for 4 seat of the synod

I would rather buy a car, or put a down payment on a house. You could make a sick turn 1 win deck without any of the power 9. In fact, I'm gonna try one myself =).
I point out that a lot of these cards are banned from tournament. Time walk specifically...
There's an almost immeasurable quantity of decks that are cheaper, more consistent, and LEGAL to play. It's easy to just throw a bunch of broken cards together and just expect them to be an optimal deck. And on top of that, the legal cards you're playing are hardly relevant. Steel Wall? Calling this the "best artifact deck ever" is a HUGE overstatement.
What if you don't have first turn? Opponent first turn Chalice of the void for zero or a trinisphere stops your speed in it's tracks, which is something you could quite happily see in a Legacy build deck
id make a tournament legal deck if your gonna call it "tournament quality". when you do, ill "like" it.
Some of those cards are restricted or banned for a reason. I challenge you to make "the best artifact deck eva!" with legit cards.
When I read tourney quality + best artifact deck 'eva' and then saw all the restricted p9 crap, I couldn't help but lol. Come on. I don't believe anybody would want to play against this deck. And sideboarding 4 black lotus? Haha... You want to know if this deck is good or not? Here goes: it blows. Improvements? Create a deck with cards you could actually buy. How many people on this world own 4x black lotus do you think? :) Sorry for being so straight forward, but you kind of asked for it when you entered that title...
The whole point of this website is to create new and exciting decks, using any and all cards available. It doesn't matter if he sideboards 4x Black Lotus in here, because this deck only exists on the INTERNET! To the OP, your deck is fairly sick. The odds of you pulling off one of those turn one combo's are fairly small, as are all turn 1 combo decks. But if it does succeed, then congrats. -BuLLZ3Y3
You're missing the point. Why would anybody put the best card in all of magic in his sideboard? And yes you can build any deck on here. But as soon as you say you built the best deck 'eva' and put the term tourney quality next to it, you can expect criticism when.it turns out to be a very bad deck full of restricted p9...

i think your deck is ok, but honestly who would pay that much for a few of the cards in there. I hope you get the deck, i would like to see how it stacks up against a 1 on 1 against a burn deck or against a heavy infect deck
Honestly this deck is a mess... if you're going to run restricted cards the hulk flash deck that plagued vintage and legacy a few years ago would absolutely smash this deck....I have one of my own and it can literally win with the first draw... If i was to match that with yours and run more restricted cards, i'd win before you even get to draw a card... If you're going to play an illegal deck atleast make one that'll win in turn 0...
