It's an EDH deck and it's pretty low value comparatively to pretty much any other format.

I like it, but I think you might be using a little TOO few creatures. Even the inclusion of Talrand will let you pour creatures onto the battlefield, give you a bit of versatility and defense. I also just made a Melek EDH if you wanna check it out, swap ideas =]

I want to try it first before adding any more creatures. I considered Talrand but I don't own one and his value is questionable to me. If anything, I want to cut more creatures rather than add them since it's intended to be extremely low on creatures.

And creatures that return your Instants and Sorceries to your hand!! That and Past in Flames! That is a death sentence when you use it late game...especially if you have grapeshot.

Past in Flames is a good idea. I'm not going to add more creatures though.

I HIGHLY recommend using Stolen Identity in here, as well as any other blue cipher card of your choice. With all the copying you can do, cipher is amazing. I had my Nivix Cyclops with three Stolen Identity's ciphered on (Copied with Melek, then again with Mirari). I made a few extra Isochrons, blew up their generals, and then started making Nivix Cyclops's en masse. Just thought I'd pass it on =]

It doesn't work that way. "Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control" Copies of spells are not represented by a spell card and simply disappear as soon as they resolve similar to token creatures leaving play. Cipher spells don't do well copied since they're generally overcosted to begin with given the expectation of getting free copies later.

Ah that sucks, but kind of makes sense now that I think about it. Well still, it's a damn good spell for EDH =]

No doubt. I love it in my Lazav deck. This deck doesn't have enough creatures or much ability to connect for combat damage throughout the game though.

Yeah, hard to say if it (or any Cipher for that matter) would be effective in your version since you're running so light on creatures.

-Copy Artifact
+Possibility Storm

This should lead to some crazy shenanegans and I can always get around it by casting off the top or setting up the next card with scroll rack or other top manipulation effects.

-Tibor and Lumia
- Ghostly Flicker
- Swerve

+ Sphinx-Bone Wand
+ High Tide
+ Bribery

Needed some additional threats in the deck as well as swapping flicker for high tide which should be better mana ramp.

Sphinx-Bone is a good choice. I added it to mine and had a game where it flat out blew people apart.

I had it in my izzet deck when Tibor and Lumia were the generals but it wasn't as heavily spell based and often ended up sitting in hand or getting shuffled back in. I wasn't a big fan but I want to give it another chance to prove itself and with all the rituals it shouldn't be hard to be able to cast it this time around.

So I got this out in a game and no one had any removal for it. A few turns later it won the game with 16 or 17 counters on it. Definitely a bit scarier than when it was in my T&L deck...

-Windfall
-Winds of Change

+ Wheel of Fortune
+ Reiterate

Winds of change is awesome but I wanted another copy spell in the deck and Wheel is nearly always going to be better than Windfall plus it helps sway it a little more towards red since it's already heavy blue.
