Ramp early and play some control cards like Blind Obedience, Ethersworn Canonist, Linvala or Plow Under to slow them down. Then play Mycosynth Lattice with Kataki and kill Yosei by clone/sac/combat to tap them down so they are forced to sacrifice all of their permanents and likely never recover.

Hmmm...Mycosynth Lattice + Kataki, War's Wage is an awesome combo. This gives me an idea (that's similar to this deck). Iscron Scepter with Unsummon (or similar) imprinted to bounce Kataki before you need to pay for his ability...
